Kids and adults today are up against more than ever before. Anxiety and depression are among the most commonly diagnosed disorders in school age children. Youth suicide rates are at all time high. We as a society are failing our youth by being so reactive when it comes to children’s mental health.
But there can be another way. Here at The PDP we give kids and schools the tools they need to be more proactive with their health and happiness.
Your mental health is just as important as your physical health. We can work together and figure out the best plan to keep you in a healthy and happy place, but be warned- this doesn’t happen overnight. It takes time and consistency to create new positive habits. But it’s so worth it!
