Live or Virtual Workshops

All of our workshops are customizable, but our most popular workshop is our Mental Wellness Workshop.

This workshop is designed for educators, parents, staff and students. We go over the differences between Mental Illness, Poor Mental Health and Mental Wellness. We educate you on the most common mental health disorders in school aged children, signs and symptoms to look for and a guide on where to start if you decide to seek help.  We also give you coping tools, resources and a guide to be proactive with our mental health so you can try and keep yourself in a healthy place.



Examples of other workshops- stations that included DIY positivity boards, kindness calendars, interactive connections, memory jars, team building, self appreciation, healthy habits, how to stay organized, time management, the importance of outlets, etc.

The workshops are designed to give the attendees tools that they can use in their personal lives and that will also benefit them in their academic lives too. We believe that the more tools you have in your toolbox, the more successful you will be mentally, emotionally and physically. So let’s fill that box up!
